IT BUSINESS ANALYST (Penang)

Responsibilities:

	The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for developing business requirements and related business rules based on each Department / Section business needs.
	Collecting, understanding, analyse and document business requirements.
	Document workflows and result of business analysis and obtain signoff from users on the requirements.
	Provide link between the users, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.
	Design and execute test scenarios and test scripts with users.

Requirements :

	Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline.
	Knowledge of RPG400, Visual C++, Java and SQL Database would be an added advantage.
	Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
	Good command of English and interpersonal skills.
